URGENT ALERT: Carrier Deadline Approaching - Complete your registration before carrier deadlines to avoid message blocking and increased fees.
Understand the three critical phases of 10DLC compliance. Follow these instructional steps sequentially to ensure your brand and messaging campaigns are vetted, approved, and protected from carrier filtering.
The first phase requires submitting your legal company information, including your EIN, legal business name, and business address. This establishes your foundational identity with the registry.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Your legal business name and EIN must match your IRS CP575 or 147C letter exactly. Even a missing comma or incorrect abbreviation will trigger an automatic rejection.
Once your brand is verified, you must define exactly how you intend to use SMS. This includes providing detailed use cases, sample messages, and visual proof of your consumer opt-in flow.
⚠️ CRITICAL: You must provide a clear, publicly accessible URL showing exactly where and how users explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from your brand.
After submission, The Campaign Registry (TCR) and participating carriers will manually review your application. A 'Trust Score' is assigned, which determines your daily message throughput limit.
⏱️ TIMELINE: Vetting typically takes 3-5 business days. Do not send any live traffic until you receive formal campaign approval status.
