Origin Story.

It was a freezing November afternoon when our founder, a second-

generation plumber, sat elbow-deep in a commercial grease trap. His hands

were covered in sludge, his back ached, and in his pocket, his phone was

buzzing relentlessly.

One buzz. Two buzzes. A third.

He knew exactly what those vibrations meant: each one was a frantic

homeowner, a burst pipe, a $300 job. But caked in oil and mud, he couldn't

reach his pocket. By the time he crawled out, washed his hands, and dialed

back, the response was always the same: *"Sorry, we already went with the

guy down the street. They answered on the first ring."*

Sitting in the driver’s seat of his beat-up 2012 Ford Transit van,

staring at the steering wheel, the exhaustion hit him. It wasn’t the

physical labor that was crushing him. It was the silence of a missed

opportunity. He realized that in the plumbing business, you don’t lose to a

better technician—you lose to a faster phone call.

The problem wasn't a lack of grit or skill. It was the invisible,
