These Terms of Service outline the legal framework, rights, and responsibilities associated with using Plumbify's B2B platform. Please read them carefully to understand our mutual commitments.

In Plain English
We provide the software and platform to connect you with clients, but we don't perform the plumbing work ourselves.
1.1. Plumbify operates as a digital marketplace and SaaS platform designed to facilitate connections between independent plumbing professionals ("Service Providers") and entities or individuals requiring such services ("Clients").
1.2. Plumbify does not hold itself out as a plumbing contractor, employer, or joint venturer of the Service Providers. The relationship between Plumbify and Service Providers is strictly that of independent entities accessing a shared technological infrastructure.
In Plain English
We check the credentials of plumbers who join, but you are still responsible for verifying their specific licensing before hiring them for a job.
2.1. While Plumbify implements preliminary screening mechanisms, including verification of active trade licenses and business registrations at the time of onboarding, it does not provide continuous monitoring or a warranty of competence.
2.2. Clients expressly acknowledge their duty to conduct independent due diligence prior to engaging any Service Provider for specific projects, including requesting proof of liability insurance and localized permits.
In Plain English
If something goes wrong with a job or the platform, our financial responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.
3.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plumbify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
3.2. In no event shall Plumbify's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amounts paid by you to Plumbify for the past twelve (12) months of the services in question.
In Plain English
Subscriptions are billed automatically. Service fees for jobs are handled via third-party providers, and Plumbify takes a small percentage fee per successful transaction.
4.1. Platform access fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in the selected membership tier.
4.2. Transactional payments between Clients and Service Providers processed through the Plumbify platform are facilitated by third-party payment processors. Plumbify deducts a facilitation fee prior to disbursement.
4.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
